“We really thought the whole thing was going to have to take place inside since it rained and was gross weather all weekend and was predicted to continue through Sunday. But not long before the ceremony was scheduled to begin, the clouds opened up and the dreary weather turned into magnificent sunlight and warmth. However, in preparation for rainy weather, one of my lovely guests made a last minute run to the store to pick up rainboots for me. Hence, why I’m pictured with rainboots in some of the images since it was still rather muddy. But I like the character it added to the photos and makes it a little more unique to us.”
